Luck-O-Lantern gives you and a friend a shared reason to keep collecting Candy during Monopoly GO's Monster Mash season. Fill the lantern, claim the rewards, then start working toward another one. That's the basic loop, and it continues throughout the season, from September 23 to November 25, 2026. Know what you're working toward

Don't read that as a promise that every completion delivers every item. These are possibilities within the reward pool. Once you've finished a lantern, you can collect Candy for the next one. Your first completion isn't the end of the feature, so there's still something to work toward afterward.

Collect Candy while you play

You don't need to focus on one activity to fill the lantern. Candy comes from opening Sticker Packs, playing minigames, taking part in Leagues and using the Color Wheel. It all feeds the same progress. Sticker Packs offer a chance to receive Candy alongside stickers, rather than a guaranteed Candy payout whenever you open one. That distinction matters. You can keep pursuing album gaps and seasonal activities without treating each pack opening as a certain step toward your next lantern reward.

Pause before collecting a Swap Pack

A Swap Pack is worth a closer look before you tap Collect. You can swap up to three stickers during that opening, so check what's missing from your album first. Keep useful stickers and consider replacing ones you don't need. Monster Mash has 22 main sets, plus three optional Bonus Sets arriving during the season. Those extra sets carry their own rewards, but they don't count toward main album completion. You don't have to finish them to complete the main album.

Keep the seasonal activities straight

KPop Demon Hunters and Ghostbusters activities appear across Racers, Partners and Treasures. Trick or Treat works differently: you visit houses with a friend and compete in Dice Duels, and finding the hidden Ghost ends that run. It isn't another lantern completion.
